Online Breathwork Session

Service Description

Michele will intuitively and gently guide you through 90-minutes of transformative breathwork. All you need is a phone, a place to lie down and (optionally) creative materials (such as pen, paper, musical instruments, etc). You will receive a follow-up email with your custom playlist link as well as further insights and "epiphanies" regarding your session.

Cancellation Policy

A $100 cancellation fee will be incurred if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
